By the current year, anything that you think is necessary in a hospital bag that I did not include in this article is provided by hospital e.g. diapers, Vaseline..etc. Even some of the items listed here are provided by the hospital. I would also include anything personal that others may not need to pack, for me, my glasses/contact solutions were important to pack. Moreover, a charger for the phone.
